Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://eliteroadsidemechanic.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Mobile Mechanic Services, Auto Repairs, Brake Pad Replacement, Vehicle Diagnostics, Oil Changes provided by Elite Roadside Mechanic. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://eliteroadsidemechanic.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Elite Roadside Mechanic or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
As-Is Basis. https://eliteroadsidemechanic.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Elite Roadside Mechanic makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Elite Roadside Mechanic arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Elite Roadside Mechanic harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Modifications. Elite Roadside Mechanic may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
